Before mass production, we provided vacuum casting services. One master mold produced 20 sets of ultrasound diagnostic device enclosures with ABS and rubber-like texture, perfectly simulating dual-material injection damping feel.

Using high-transparency PU resin vacuum casting, we produced 15 blender pitchers closely matching final injection-molded PC parts in appearance and light transmission, for food safety testing and trade show launch.

Automotive interior parts require precise tactile damping. Through vacuum casting and special surface coating, we faithfully reproduced production-grade texture and button feel, enabling engineers to complete haptic validation.

Using dual-color overmolding in vacuum casting, a soft silicone layer was applied over a rigid skeleton. Trial production tested ergonomic grip and anti-slip performance early, greatly reducing mold modification risk.

To prevent feed moisture ingress, complex irregular silicone seals were needed. We quickly produced 50 food-grade silicone rings via vacuum casting, successfully passing full machine airtightness testing.

Using UV-resistant anti-aging casting resin, we produced surveillance camera enclosures for outdoor weather exposure testing. After 3 months of extreme climate testing, surfaces showed no yellowing or embrittlement.
